Catholic School Teacher

This position respects Catholic values and aids students in Christian formation by exemplifying Catholic living, both in and out of the classroom. Your responsibilities include meeting individual student needs and creating the best possible learning environment. Mindful of the importance of student growth and achievement the teacher is flexible to meet each student where they are and monitor progress appropriately. Teachers are to implement the school mission and philosophy, to follow the policies of the Diocese of Santa Rosa and in the staff and parent handbooks of the School, and adhere to the directives set by the school administration. Catholic School Teachers are directly recruited, onboarded, and hired by a specific school. The Diocese does not have a centralized clearing house for school employees. Ranges for these positions are based on the specific school and the local public school district in which the Catholic school is located. The pool is intended to be a resource for our Principals if they are interested and in need of applicants.
