About the Company

Tastefuli is seeking an energetic and hospitality-driven Concierge Experience Associate to represent our brand on property at a premier Marriott hotel in Napa Valley. This is a guest-facing role focused on helping travelers discover and book curated wine country experiences through the Tastefuli app. You'll serve as a friendly, knowledgeable resource for guests—offering recommendations, building itineraries, and guiding them from discovery to booking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is comfortable guiding others through mobile apps and digital tools, thrives in a social environment, and is excited about wine country, hospitality, and local experiences.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Concierge Services

  • Act as an on-property ambassador for Tastefuli, engaging Marriott guests in a warm, approachable, and professional manner
  • Assist guests with planning wine country itineraries in person and through the Tastefuli app, including winery visits, dining, transportation, and local activities
  • Guide guests through downloading and using the Tastefuli app to discover and book experiences
  • Build rapport with guests during key interaction windows on the floor, reaching out to guests, including afternoon and early evening hours

Drive App Adoption & Bookings

  • Proactively introduce guests to Tastefuli and communicate its value in a clear, engaging way
  • Encourage app downloads and support guests through the booking process
  • Leverage high-traffic moments (including wine hour from 5–6pm) to connect with guests and increase conversions
  • Work toward weekly and monthly targets for downloads and bookings

Customer Support & Communication

  • Manage guest inquiries across multiple channels, including live chat, phone, and email
  • Coordinate bookings and support with the rest of the concierge team
  • Provide timely, thoughtful recommendations and booking assistance
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through confirmed reservation

Data Entry & Platform Support

  • Input and maintain partner and experience information within internal tools
  • Support data collection efforts related to guest interactions, bookings, and partner activity
  • Maintain accurate records to support reporting and performance tracking

Light Market Outreach

  • Occasionally visit local wineries and experience partners to build familiarity with offerings
  • Identify potential new partners and share leads with the business development team
  • Represent Tastefuli professionally in the local market

Qualifications

  • A naturally outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Interest in wine, food, travel, or hospitality (prior experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms quickly
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Schedule and Compensation

  • Schedule to maximize coverage from Wednesday–Friday, 1:00pm–6:00pm
  • Occasional weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday mornings)
  • Compensation: ~$25-35/hr,including a performance-based bonus tied to app downloads and bookings. Anticipate at least 30 hours per week.
