Our Summer Associate program is designed for law students who want to do more than observe. From your first week, you will work directly with partners and associates on active client matters and contribute to real legal work that matters.

You will:

• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda used in live cases
• Participate in client meetings and case strategy discussions
• Assist in litigation and transactional matters across practice areas
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations and trials

Qualifications

• 1L or 2L at an accredited law school
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Interest in building a legal career in Sonoma County

Work Location

On-site 438 1st Street, Santa Rosa, CA

Monday - Friday

8-12 weeks

Compensation

$30 - $40 / hour.
