A company is looking for a Repair Estimator (Remote) to support a high-volume environment in property claims and restoration.Key ResponsibilitiesReview photos and documentation to assess damage and determine repair vs. replacement scopePrepare detailed repair estimates and manage a high-volume queue of assignmentsCommunicate with adjusters, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring estimates meet service level agreementsRequired Qualifications2-5 years of experience in construction estimating, cabinetry/millwork, or property restoration/mitigationStrong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and repair techniquesExperience writing estimates and interpreting scopes/photosAbility to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentExperience with estimating tools such as Xactimate or Symbility is preferred
