WESD will reopen their sub pool in July 2025. They will look for candidates here on Edjoin first, and they will contact applicants in the order in which applications were received. This posting is for certificated substitutes for: Teacher, Elementary Teacher, Middle School Education Specialist, School Counselor, School Psychologist, School Nurse, Speech & Language Specialist Wright Elementary School District is a small, K-6 school district with 3 campuses in southwest Santa Rosa, near Hwy 12 between Sebastopol and Stony Point Road. They serve students in grades TK-6 at JX Wilson and RL Stevens, and Wright Elementary.

• Other (Proof of Substitute Registration with Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) (Notice of Eligibility))

Register with WESD Regular Sub: $200 per day Half day: $115 WESD Retirees, or Subs with 25 or more years of verified experience as a full-time teacher with a credential: $300 per day Half day: $150 Long term sub rate: $200 per day - days 1-10 $210 per day - days 11-29 Step 1, Column I - days 30 and over - about $334 per day. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must attach a valid 2025-26 SCOE Notice of Eligibility to be considered. Applicants must be available to work throughout the school year. Applicants must register as an employee with Verifent.com, and request AB 2534 certifications from all previous school employers for WESD. Selected applicants will be invited to complete an onboarding packet and present original identification documents as described on the I-9 employment eligibility form.
