Work with kitchen staff and servers to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow for TRUSS Restaurant + Bar. Inspect dishes before they are served to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards. Can also perform a range of duties which may include assisting guests with orders, taking feedback, and preparing table set-ups. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and attend to guest needs and requests with a sense of urgency in the Resort's Food & Beverage areas.
