This is a dynamic role designed for a high-performing security professional who can step into any site with confidence, deliver consistent service, and support both team development and client satisfaction. The FTO plays a critical role in ensuring coverage for last-minute call-offs, supporting new employee training, and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned locations.What You'll DoRapid Response & CoverageProvide same-day coverage for call-offs, open shifts, and urgent staffing needsRespond quickly to assignments across multiple client sitesMaintain readiness to work at new or unfamiliar locationsField Operations SupportConduct site visits and support client-facing operationsAssist Operations Supervisors with field-related needsSupport dispatch and operational coordination as neededTraining & DevelopmentTrain new hires on-site and reinforce post ordersProvide refresher training to current staffIdentify performance gaps and communicate feedbackSecurity ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties in accordance with post orders and company standardsObserve and report incidents, hazards, and suspicious activityComplete detailed reports and documentationMaintain professionalism in all interactionsAdditional ResponsibilitiesConduct vehicle inspections and assist with fleet readinessDeliver uniforms, equipment, and supplies to sitesUtilize body camera per company policyAccurately track time, mileage, and activityWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of security experience1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferredActive BSIS Guard CardAll BSIS Training Courses Completed & Available8-Hour Guard Card Course (PTA/WMD or AUF)32-Hours Continuing Education CoursesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new environmentsComfortable working independently and making decisions in the fieldTech-savvy (smartphones, reporting tools, Google Suite)Why This Role MattersThis is not a standard security position.
