Overview:

We are a high-growth fertility clinic with a massive social media presence on TikTok and Instagram. We serve a primarily Spanish-speaking community of immigrants looking to build their families. We are looking for a compassionate, high-energy, and culturally-attuned Enrollment Navigator to help patients move from their initial consultation to their first treatment deposit.

The Mission:

You are the bridge between a patient's dream of parenthood and the financial/medical reality of treatment. You will manage a pipeline of 40+ new leads per month, with a goal of converting 20+ into committed patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: High-touch follow-up via WhatsApp, Voice Notes, and Phone Calls (meeting patients where they are).
• Financial Counseling: Confidently discussing $9k–$12k treatment plans and securing $5,000 deposits through empathy and education.
• Medical Translation: Breaking down complex fertility procedures into simple, easy-to-understand Spanish (limited medical jargon).
• Social Integration: Engaging with leads coming directly from TikTok/Instagram DMs.
• Trust Building: Addressing the "fear of the unknown" common in immigrant communities regarding large financial commitments.

Requirements:

• Native-level Spanish Fluency: Must understand cultural nuances and regional dialects.
• High EQ: Ability to sit with patients in emotional moments of grief or anxiety.
• Experience: 2+ years in high-ticket "emotional sales" (e.g., Dental, Cosmetic Surgery, Immigration Law, or Luxury Real Estate).
• Tech Savvy: Expert at using CRM tools and social media communication apps.
  

Compensation Model A: Base + Bonus

Best for: Long-term retention and reducing "commission breath" (desperation that scares patients away).

• Base Salary: $24.50/hour for 15 hours per week
• Conversion Bonus: $100 per patient who pays the full $5,000 deposit. Paid weekly
• Performance Kicker: An additional $1,000 monthly bonus if the 20-patient "Floor" is met. Paid monthly
• Stretch Goal: $250 per patient for every enrollment above 25 per month. Paid Monthly
• Estimated OTE (On-Target Earnings): $62,000.
