Four Seasons - 400 Silverado Trail - Responsibilities: Coordinate the BOH and servers to maintain efficient service. Maintain a clear and open line of communication between the FOH and BOH, assist with any order issues.; Checks dishes for accuracy, presentation, and consistency.; Inform culinary team of pace and flow of service, dictate the flow if necessary.; Assist in the set up and break down of kitchen pass.; Assist with set up of restaurant for service.
