An AmLaw 10 and Vault 10 firm with an impressive global platform and national practice is seeking a mid-to-senior IP Litigation associate for its Silicon Valley office. The firm's U.S. practice continues to perform atthe highest level, and its IP group sits at the center of some of the most consequential technology and life sciences disputes in the market.

This practice is a destination group — well-resourced, deeply integrated across the firm's corporate and regulatory platforms, and supported by a partner bench with genuine market depth and industry recognition. Growth here is deliberate and quality-driven.

The Practice

The IP Litigation group handles complex, high-stakes matters for leading technology and life sciences companies, including patent infringement disputes, trade secret litigation, ITC proceedings, and appellate work. Matters are sophisticated, clients are elite, and the associate experience reflects it — meaningful responsibility, real exposure, and direct engagement with some of the most active IP litigators in the country. Matters are trial focused.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; elite academic credentials
• BigLaw training with meaningful IP litigation experience
• Substantive exposure to patent, trade secret, or ITC matters, ideally in the technology or life sciences sectors
• Technical undergraduate degree strongly preferred (CS, EE, or related STEM field)
• California Bar admission or eligibility to sit for the California Bar
