What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot dish machine operations and resolve mechanical issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Respond to on-call service needs when required
  • Deliver and pick up cleaning and sanitizing products
  • Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current
  • Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Negotiate service renewals and pricing adjustments

What You'll Need
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active role
  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds
  • Mechanical or driving experience (preferred)
  • Ability to navigate stairs at branch and customer locations
