Job Details

We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join a fast-growing frontier AI lab, building the infrastructure layer that powers how advanced AI systems learn, evaluate, and improve. This is a rare opportunity to join a new buildout initiative at a firm with one of the biggest names in AI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building production LLM systems (RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, agents, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks
• Experience working across both ML and backend systems
• Track record of shipping end-to-end systems, not just modeling in isolation
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

Compensation: Base up to $500k + equity
