Are you a creative powerhouse who knows how to stop the scroll? We're looking for a passionate Social Media Content Creator to grow and elevate our real estate brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. If you live and breathe Reels and love the world of real estate — this one's for you.

What You'll Do:

• Create scroll-stopping Reels and short-form video content across all platforms
• Design on-brand graphics, stories, and carousels using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Write compelling captions that drive real engagement and leads
• Manage a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt content to platform algorithm changes
• Capture listing launches, open houses, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Track analytics and share monthly insights on what's working

What You Bring:

• A portfolio of Reels and short-form video content with results
• Proficiency in Canva and at least one Adobe tool (Premiere, Lightroom, or Express)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter mindset — you take initiative and meet deadlines without being chased
• A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency
• Experience working with realtors or in real estate is a BIG plus
• Bay Area local is a plus!
