We're looking for a Customer Service & Invoicing Specialist to support order processing, customer communication, and billing operations. This role is a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping ensure orders, shipments, and invoices are handled accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage customer orders in ERP system
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and QA on order and delivery timelines
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or billing issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, billing, or order processing
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• ERP or invoicing system experience preferred
