Four Seasons - 400 Silverado Trail - Responsibilities: Set-up and maintain Spa and Fitness areas including refreshments; Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Fitness services; Guide guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa and Fitness offerings; Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities throughout the Spa and Fitness areas in order to maintain immaculate presentation of these items; Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary, Staff Room, and Spa Reception
