KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments with precision
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport logistics
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
  • Handle incoming communications and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Support project coordination and track deliverables on behalf of the executive
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Carry out ad hoc research tasks and present findings clearly and concisely
  • Assist with personal scheduling and administrative tasks as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3–7 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or demanding hospitality role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, polished demeanor
  • Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a dynamic, high-expectations environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
