Front Porch - - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage wiring problems with telephone and network cabling for building automation systems, HVAC controls, access control, lighting controls, fire alarm, and telephone system; Install and program new low-voltage wiring circuits; Trace, test and commission low-voltage systems; Repairs and installs plumbing, gas and electric water heaters, gas furnace, and other apparatus and equipment as assigned; Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
