Job Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep stations, and equipment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Assist with prep work, portioning, chopping, marinating, and inventory rotation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency
• Support kitchen leadership with daily tasks as assigned

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced culinary environment
• Strong understanding of food handling and kitchen safety protocols
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
