A well-established precision manufacturing company supporting high-reliability industries is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead inspection operations and mentor a team of inspectors in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee inspection activities, support production priorities, and help maintain strong quality standards across incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors

• Coordinate inspection activities to support daily production schedules

• Perform and review mechanical inspections using GD&T and engineering drawings

• Utilize inspection tools including CMM, vision systems, height gages, calipers, and other precision tools

• Support MRB activities, nonconformance tracking, and supplier quality issues

• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and industry standards

Ideal Background

? Experience in manufacturing quality inspection

? Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred

? Experience with CMM inspection and GD&T interpretation

? Familiar with MRB processes and quality documentation

? Strong communication and leadership skills
