Lowe's is seeking Cashiers / Customer Service Associates to assist customers with purchases, returns, and general front-end store operations. Associates are responsible for operating cash registers, processing cash and card payments, assisting customers with returns and exchanges, answering customer questions, assisting with self-checkout stations, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout and customer service area. Customer Service Associates may also assist customers with online order pickups, special orders, and product inquiries. This position typically pays $14 to $19 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing friendly customer service, processing transactions accurately, assisting with returns and exchanges, handling store credit and gift cards, helping customers with online order pickups, assisting with self-checkout machines, and maintaining organization and cleanliness at the front end of the store.
