Financial & Perks:

• Base Salary: $140,000 per year.
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on catering revenue and sales targets.

• 6-8+ years of progressive luxury catering sales experience.
• A proven track record of exceeding $ 8M+ revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of the Napa Valley market (or comparable high-volume luxury destinations).
