Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas and exterior perimeter, including parking areas and entrances, to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.; Control access by monitoring entrances, observing visitor flow, and reporting suspicious activity, policy concerns, and/or prohibited items according to site guidelines.; Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications per site protocol.
