SALARY RANGE $71,000-$75,000 DOE. The role is responsible for assisting The Restaurant General Manager with day – to -day operations of the Restaurant and In Room Dining. Including and not limited to, overseeing the service at the restaurant, running the floor, assisting with scheduling and payroll.
