Assistant Project Manager | Santa Rosa, CA | $120,000 - $150,000 + Benefits

I'm representing a growing Bay Area General Contractor with a strong project pipeline that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team for a ground-up K-12 project in Santa Rosa.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with ground-up commercial or multifamily experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to managing a meaningful project while working alongside an experienced project team.

What They're Looking For:

• 3–6+ years of construction experience
• Experience supporting ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
• Exposure to projects ideally $20M+
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience assisting with RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a Project Manager position

K-12 or public project experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation ranges from $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience, along with a strong benefits package and long-term career trajectory.
