O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to ensure the selection of qualified team members; Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store; Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy
