Adventist Health System - 10 Woodland Road - Responsibilities: Operate telephone switchboard console, overhead paging system, two-way radio, alpha/numeric paging unit, and wall alarm panels; Answer calls in a courteous and timely manner and connect callers to their destination; Provide information and assistance as needed with professional telephone etiquette; Monitor calls and ensure proper follow-through; Orients, instructs, and mentors personnel on job duties as needed
