Schedule: Hybrid | 3 Days in office

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Class Action Wage & Hour Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, complex class action litigation with a firm known for representing employees in significant wage and hour matters nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle wage and hour class action matters from investigation through resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Manage discovery, depositions, and case strategy

• Collaborate with litigation teams on complex class action cases

• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 4+ years of wage and hour class action litigation experience (mid-level)

• 6+ years preferred for senior-level candidates

• Experience managing complex civil litigation matters

• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills

• Active bar admission in the state of the office location
