We're looking for a Litigation Associate (4–10 years) with experience in complex commercial litigation to join our clients Oakland office. (Only 1600 Billables)

What You'll Do

• Work on high-stakes, complex, and groundbreaking litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs on class certification
• Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and collaborate with expert witnesses
• Partner closely with senior attorneys and gain valuable courtroom and trial experience

What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of litigation experience, including commercial, real estate, and business lit matters
• Strong legal writing skills (one writing sample required)
• Solid deposition/discovery experience; trial exposure is a plus
• Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills
• New York bar admission in good standing
