NeilMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is currently inviting experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our Piercing Aftercare sales team in Santa Rosa, CA. Our Piercing Aftercare products are sold and recommended by experts all around the globe and we are looking to expand further our business.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative for Piercing Aftercare who has a passion for people as well as lead acquisition. A typical workday will see you reaching out to pre-existing leads and getting them engaged with NeilMed. You will work closely with our VP of Sales and Customer Service as part of a specialized team which focuses on company-generated business. Therefore, excellent people skills and a passion for teamwork are imperative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with new and existing customers/accounts
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand/fulfill customer needs and requirements

QUALIFICATION requirements (EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SKILLS, EDUCATION)

KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum of three years of demonstrated sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic Excel and math skills, knowledge of sales operations.
• Keen ability to focus, anticipate needs, maintain close attention to detail, and prioritize work within a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Accurate attention to detail.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
