Pay Rate - $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr on W2!
Location : Santa Rosa, CA 95403
Duration : 12 months contract on W2

Job description:
Summary:
Plans, designs and oversees the construction of expanded facilities. Oversees architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, construction plans, specifications, and schedules. Obtains and supervises outside contractors. Recommends architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities. Defines requirements for the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and observes final inspection of facility projects as the customer. Conducts construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.

Requirements:
• Experience with ICD 705 construction standard and other relevant security and regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with clean dry air and N2 systems
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to gather complex and conflicting requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into a clear scope of work which subcontractors can execute upon
• Ability to present strategy in a logical manner to varying levels of leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Required Skills:
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems,
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Experience gathering complex requirements across multiple stakeholders and groups and translate them to actionable requirements for subcontractors.
