Under direct or general supervision oversees Community Services activities in connection with a Community Service program, activity or service, and performs other related work as assigned. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS - Part-Time Community Services Leader has the responsibility for overseeing established Community Service programs and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Incumbents are expected to use independent judgment in programs, recreational facility operations, or general office duties, and assist higher-level staff in planning and implementing recreational programs and special events. SUPERVISION RECEIVED/ EXERCISED Incumbents receive general supervision from a Part-Time Senior Community Services Leader, Part-Time Community Services Coordinator, or Community Services Supervisor.
