Redwood Credit Union is seeking a purpose-driven candidate with a passion for innovation and impact to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Senior Vice President of Projects, Corporate Real Estate and Product. This pivotal role is ideal for the visionary leader who is committed to driving product innovation, project management excellence, and overseeing corporate real estate initiatives. Executive Leadership:
Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing direction and leadership for the organization. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor budgets, plans, policies, procedures, and strategies for product and service innovation, project management, corporate real estate, and facilities.
Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of project management excellence across the organization. Coach and provide constructive insight and guidance to the project management team. Support the execution of best practices within the Project Management Department to achieve business goals and ensure the smooth running of projects.
Corporate Real Estate & Facilities:
Ensure the effective administration of the corporate real estate portfolio. Lead the corporate real estate and facilities teams, overseeing strategies and processes related to real estate leases, facilities renovations, premises management, and team member movement.
Product & Service Innovation:
Continually monitor and assess the competitiveness of all products and services against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets. Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization to execute and provide effective leadership over key areas of responsibility.

Excellent project management skills including:
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in business administration, or closely related field, with a minimum of twelve years' experience in product development and project management, and a minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience.
Compensation: Base starting range: $222,000 to $255,000 annually commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
