Primary Responsibilities

• Foster a service-oriented culture that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships.
• Accurately process all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Verify that all merchandise deliveries meet company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring compliance with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Apply EAS tags to merchandise according to Loss Prevention protocols.
• Timely and accurately input all freight information into the system.
• Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns per company policies.
• Achieve productivity targets through high units per hour (UPH) performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room in accordance with company and state guidelines.
• Follow all local, federal, and state laws, along with company policies and practices.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, corporate partners, and vendors.
