* 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

A leading technology company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Day) to join the semiconductor Reliability Lab team. The successful candidate will be working independently to actively achieve the output and quality goals set for the area. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Day) Responsibilities:
* Prepare packages for testing, handle delicate products from test stations (heated pipes) to record-keeping stations.
* Carry out all required stress tests and data collections on a strict time schedule specific to each product.
* Capture the data used by the engineering team to make decisions about the long term quality of a particular IC or Diode over time.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Day) Qualifications:
* Understanding and working knowledge of electrical components.
* The ability to work in an ESD environment.
* The ability to work in a multi-disciplined, cross-departmental environment.
* Ability to follow a set schedule of tasks for multiple products (multitasking).
* Ability to navigate specialized computer programs for testing.
* Ability to do work under a microscope.
* Understanding of common software programs and 10-key data entry.
* Desire to maintain high-quality production.
* Ability to handle delicate products.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities are dictated by customer demand.

Shift:
* Day shift: 5:30 am - 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
* Ability to flex work schedule to meet business needs.
