Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed.; Conduct regular and random walking rounds of retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or public emergency services when appropriate.; Monitor for hazards such as obstructed walkways, unauthorized access, and/or loitering, and report concerns through required notification and documentation channels.; Complete rounds logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover to support consistent post operations.
