Operations Dispatcher

Location: Santa Rosa, CA / In-Office

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pay: $25.00 Per Hour

About the Role

Armorous is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Dispatcher to support our Operations team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and responding quickly to changing security needs to ensure seamless daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Coordinate shift changes and emergency coverage
• Communicate schedule updates and operational changes
• Maintain accurate staffing records
• Adjust staffing to meet operational needs
• Provide backup support for site checks and shift coverage when needed

What We're Looking For

• Dispatch, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience (security industry preferred)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior security, dispatch, or operations experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Current with BSIS Compliance and can provide the following:
• 8-Hour Initial Training Certificate
• 32-Hour Continuing Education Certificates
• Most recent 8-Hour annual refresher course certificate
