• Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Demonstrates proficiency with common software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Type 50 WPM
• Transcription skills a plus
Job Description:
• Maintain and organize case files, calendars, deadlines and databases
• Manage attorney calendars, including court appearances, meetings, and deadlines
• Prepare correspondence and written reports
• Assist in compiling, organizing and summarizing documents for production
• Support litigation team with all aspects of trial preparation, including evidence and exhibit
compilation, witness interviews, subpoenas, jury instructions and courtroom logistics.
• Answer phones.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years litigation, transactional or estate planning experience.
