In this role, you will undergo a structured training program under the mentorship of an experienced Store Manager. You will gain essential skills to manage, direct, and supervise the daily operations of our store while maintaining a friendly and accommodating atmosphere for both customers and team members. Our Managers-In-Training enjoy direct supervision within clearly defined company policies and procedures, receiving valuable on-the-job training prior to advancing to a Store Manager position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role or as a lead/assistant manager in retail or fast food.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop team members to elevate their careers.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Valid and infraction-free Driver's License is required.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States upon hiring.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasional lifting/carrying of up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes of the workday.
• Occasional pushing and pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds (e.g., using a hand-truck).
• Ability to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials, and/or manage signage placement.
• Comfortable working in unique store environments, which may include occasional tight spaces.
