We are seeking an accomplished Pastry Chef to lead a large-scale, high-volume, multi-outlet pastry operation at a flagship luxury property in Japan.
This is a rare opportunity for an internationally experienced pastry leader to build and elevate a refined dessert program in one of the world's most dynamic culinary markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all pastry and bakery operations across fine dining, a la carte, banquets, and specialty outlets
• Develop seasonally driven, luxury-level dessert programs
• Oversee bread, laminated dough, chocolate, and plated dessert execution
• Implement strong systems for quality control, consistency, and cost management
• Mentor, and lead a high-performing pastry team
• Manage budgeting, labor, and inventory with financial discipline

• Experience in complex, high-volume environments
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong financial and operational acumen
