This position is responsible for the implementation and development of local community and professional relationships, and for the growth of referral development in the local Baltimore and surrounding Maryland market.
Participates in market outreach initiatives, coordinates, and administers details for referral development projects and events, and develops and maintains effective referral resources to drive business to programming and ensure community knowledge of available resources within Sheppard Pratt system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare-related field.
2 years' work experience in marketing outreach, strong communication skills, and proven attention to program detail.
Current driver's license since travel is expected approximately 80% of work time.
Communication skills to represent programs professionally and actively market and promote program to referrers and the community.
Analytical skills to analyze and recommend, plan, and implement effective referral development strategies and carry them through with successful projects and events.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects on short deadlines while ensuring weekly activity goals are met.
Accountable to meet goals and grow awareness of Sheppard Pratt.
