The ideal, Assistant Drive Thru Director, candidate will have a minimum of two years Quick Service Restaurant/Drive Thru Management experience. This individual will lead the charge to ensure every guest who encounters our Drive Thru receives a REMARKABLE experience, as well as embody and communicate Core Values & Culture of the business while executing the Brand Strategy and Fundamental Purpose.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Embody and communicate Core Values of the Business while executing the Bridge Business Strategy and Fundamental Purpose
  • Ensure every guest who encounters our Drive Thru receives a REMARKABLE experience
  • Coach, Invest-in & Develop Drive Thru Team Leaders
  • Ensure Coaching, Debriefing and Development of all Drive Thru Team Members
  • Ensure application of Peer to Peer Conflict Model, Driving REMARKABLE Performance Engagement Model and Daily S.M.A.R.T Goals
Business Oversight Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Drive Thru utilizes LEAN practices to ensure efficiency, & productivity
  • Ensure proper Drive Thru shift coordination, coaching and debriefing
  • Ensure & coordinate with Training Director the proper initial, recurring & remedial training of Drive Thru Team Members
  • Maintain cleanliness and repair of Drive Thru environment/equipment following a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual calendar
  • Ensure workplace (Labor, OSHA, & Food) Safety Compliance
  • Ensure ordering and receipt of all necessary Drive Thru equipment/resources
  • Ensure Drive Thru Price Points, POS and rollouts are updated
  • Ensure & implement resources available for Mobile Drive Thru
  • Collaborate with Assistant FOH Director to ensure the Team Playbook is optimized
  • Coordinate with Finance Director all cash management practices
  • Create schedules and maximize productivity for Drive Thru Team
  • Assist in hiring process and decisions, disciplinary conversations
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 2+ Years Quick Service Restaurant/Drive Thru Management Experience
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
  • Flexible schedule to work days, nights and weekends (Sundays off)
  • Must be 18+ Years of Age
  • Works indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
  • Standing/walking for majority of shift
  • Bend, twist, squat frequently
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and effective verbal communication skills required
  • Utilize technology/iPads, etc.
  • Must be able to respond to changes or unforeseen challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive outlook
