OnTrac - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Track package deliveries, document problem packages, research issues, and update the proprietary tracking system for customers, the Customer Service team, and other facilities.; Assist drivers in the checkout process and verify that all packages are out for delivery; report missing or not out for delivery packages.; Prepare packages to go out for delivery if needed.; Communicate with customers regarding their package status as needed.; Research, analyze, and report daily compliance to management and prepare business reports as needed.
