Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Collect and record data on behavior and skill development.
  • Implement behavior support strategies and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, families, caregivers, and schools.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness when working with clients, families, and team members.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
What we offer:
  • Afternoon and early-evening shifts (after-school hours).
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $23.00 - $28.00/hour.
  • Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
  • 401(k) and PTO after 90 days.
  • On-the-job training.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 40-Hour Online Course.
  • Supervision, practicum, and mentoring for aspiring BCBAs.

Requirements:
  • Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification (we provide support and training).
  • ABA experience OR 1 year of 1:1 experience working with children (e.g., teacher, aide, nanny) preferred but not required.
  • Strong communicator and organized; reliable and able to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of a negative TB test.
  • Availability after 3PM a minimum of 3 days per week is required.
