Four Seasons - 400 Silverado Trail - Responsibilities: Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order or request from management; Transport the necessary operational items throughout the Resort to ensure successful execution of tasks and events; Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition; Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans; Greet guests in a professional manner and anticipate and service the guests needs before requests are necessary
