SUMMARY

As a Front Desk Representative, you will warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay by performing the following tasks:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
• Handle confidential information, including guest records, with utmost integrity
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Answer and redirect calls appropriately; take accurate guest messages
• Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during your shift
• Maintain accurate records, including cash flows, registration cards, and reservation logs
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives as directed by the General Manager
• Respond to wake-up call requests appropriately
• Record essential guest information in the pass-on log
• Replenish the continental breakfast when necessary and keep the area tidy
• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and the lobby
• Carry out laundry duties as instructed
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned

• 0 - 1+ years of customer service experience
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity
• Capability to accurately answer and route calls while taking guest messages
• Willingness to perform all other assigned duties
• A high school diploma or equivalent
