Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the welcoming concierge for external clients
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism
  • Manage and coordinate the conference room calendar efficiently
  • Liaise effectively with internal administrative staff and other departments
  • Handle office duties, including ordering supplies, stocking kitchens, organizing events, and lunch setups
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in an office environment, administrative support, or hospitality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong team player, and service-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively around deadlines
