Warehouse Associate - Part time Job Location: Sonoma, California Job Type: Temp to hire - part time Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-1pm Description of Company: Do you have experience as a Warehouse Associate or Production Worker? We're currently seeking a Production Worker/Warehouse Associate to join a local Sonoma-based manufacturing team. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that manufacturer blind fasteners and blind rivet installation tools. It's an excellent role for someone with a strong work ethic who's eager to learn a new trade and grow long term. This position will start part time (approximately 25 hours per week) and has the potential to transition to full-time after 2-3 months of training, based on performance and business needs. Job Responsibilities: Assisting in the manufacturing and production of blind fasteners and related tools Performing hands-on production and light warehouse tasks Following work instructions and quality standards Maintaining a clean and organized work area Supporting team members as needed in daily operations Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established leading supplier of blind fasteners and blind rivet installation tools in Sonoma, California.
