Customer Service Cashier

Join our team as a Customer Service Cashier, a vital role focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this position, you will:

• Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to customers at checkout and return transactions.
• Maintain and support the Self-Checkout area, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.
• Engage in continuous learning about products and projects to offer valuable information and identify sales opportunities.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, actively working to minimize shrink.
• As a Head Cashier, you will also reassure your team by expediting price checks, approving transactions, and supporting register operations across various service areas.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and provide guidance, training, and coaching to new Cashiers, utilizing all available tools for development.

Preferred qualifications include at least 1+ years of experience as a Cashier.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00
