Essential Functions for Culinary Team Members:

  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them warmly, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to operations standards and safety procedures to provide fresh, high-quality food.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating between various positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and upbeat atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and helpful attitude as a team player.
  • Previous operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, to be obtained at your expense.

Work Environment:

Our kitchens can get hot, with the presence of steam and food vapors. You will often be on your feet for extended periods. The role involves preparing both hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment, including a Chinese cook knife. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment while maintaining effective communication and adaptability to changing priorities.
