How You'll Have Impact

We are hiring a Manufacturing Supply Planner to support Supply Chain Planning. This role plays a critical part in managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure products are delivered efficiently and in alignment with customer expectations.

The Manufacturing Supply Planner supports supply chain execution, monitors production schedules, and manages inventory to align with customer demand. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and brings a continuous improvement mindset to a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Identify potential future capacity constraints and bottlenecks and escalate material concerns
  • Collaborate with purchasing, planning, logistics, warehousing, and commercial teams to support capacity planning assumptions and performance measures
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support speed-to-market initiatives, including new product launches, product changes, and demand-shaping activities
  • Coordinate manufacturing start-ups and capacity enhancements for both short-term and long-term needs
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to enhance planning and operational processes
  • Create, review, and take action against the Master Production Schedule for finished goods
  • Track and review key performance indicators including schedule adherence, attainment, inventory turns, customer service, and days on hand
  • Review firm demand, new sales or marketing activity, and inventory levels to monitor emerging demand
  • Support process improvement efforts related to ERP functionality and inventory and production planning methodologies
  • Work with internal and external resources to ensure initiatives deliver on time and meet inventory and service level targets
  • Partner closely with inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions
  • Support cost-effective supply chain execution and escalate exceptions or trade-offs as needed
  • Assist with documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
